90 day review template

It’s time to hire. You create and promote the job opening and interview promising candidates. Then come the negotiations. Finally, once hired there’s on-boarding. That’s a significant investment.

After all that don’t lose a good employee to a minor issue. 90-day, 60-day, and even 30-day reviews are a great way to avoid those tough situations by allowing both parties to meet and discuss what’s going well and what needs work.

We created this 90-day review template to help make it as easy as possible to hold reviews so you can retain great employees.
